The graves are those of soldiers who died in the 1st Australian Casualty Clearing Station at the end of October and early in November, 1918. There are now 21, 1914-18 and 6, 1939-45 war casualties commemorated in this site.
The Commonwealth plot will be found to the right of the entrance towards the middle of the cemetery.

Shot down and crashed near Lille, France, 16 May 1940.
Flying Officer Allan Benjamin ANGUS (40281) Pilot RAF
Aircraftman 2nd Class William James (Bill) BOLTON (756194) RAF Volunteer Reserve 85 Sqdn. Killed due to enemy air raid . On 11th May 1940 aged 20 at Lille Seclin Aerodrome in France during a Germain air raid on the drome. He was the Adjutant’s driver and he was blown up along with the adjutant’s car.
