We start off by celebrating the year of the three Polish Generals: Stanisław Maczek, Stanisław Sosabowski and Władysław Anders.  All three commanders were born 130 years ago, in 1892 in Poland. They played a major role in the liberation of Western Europe.

Today there was a ceremony and wreath laying at the grave of General Stanislaw Maczek at the Polish Military Plot of Honor. Dutch reservists were also honored with a Polish decoration. In the presence of the granddaughter of General Maczek.
