On Sunday, September 17, 2023, the Groesbeek Airborne Friends Foundation will hold its annual Monument Tour in memory of the events in September 1944.  Two commemoration ceremonies will take place that morning at two locations in Groesbeek.  This year, 'Soldier and Citizen' is the central theme of the commemorations. With this we want to pay attention to the civilian task that the 82nd Airborne Division was confronted with during Market-Garden. A task that required more and more attention from that phase of the war onwards.
