Recent research has shown that Sapper Barnden is buried here. Currently the grave is marked with a headstone to an Unknown.

The service has been organised by the Joint Casualty and Compassionate Centre and was attended by Defence Staff, Regimental representatives, CWGC staff and local dignitaries.
