Ampsin Communal Cemetery

Ampsin Communal Cemetery contains one Commonwealth burial of the First World War. The grave is located at the rear of the old part of the cemetery. From the entrance gate walk straight up the path and through the gap in the wall and then take the first path on the right. The war grave is located at the end of this path.
Lonely grave of Private A. Mc Pherson, The Black Watch, 7th November 1918. Next to him is the grave of an unknown French soldier of the First WW and a mass grave with French evacuees. The cemetery is on a hill top with a view on the nuclear power plant of Tihange.
