Sonsbeck Kriegsgräberstätte - German War Cemetery
In the communal cemetery are 348 War Graves from the Second World War. 330 Germans, 12 Polish 4 Russians and 2 other nationalities. 165 Graves have no name. Most of these soldiers died in the fightings around Sonsbeck or by the crossing of the Rhine west of Wesel / Rees (Operation Plunder).
